Vendor Registration - Urban Flea Market

We are NOT accepting any food vendors or edible items. These spaces are filled for the season.

Also, some of the items we do not allow include services, the promotion of services or mass produced items. Please read the Vendor Guidelines & Requirements before signing up.

The Urban Flea Market, Salt Lake City's biggest flea market, is an affordable marketplace where vendors can sell a selection of eclectic vintage, used and new items including clothing, records, original artwork, furniture, tools, oddball-knick knacks and more. It will be a great community outlet for vendors to sell unwanted items that will be treasures for others. The Urban Flea Market also hosts family-friendly music and food trucks.

Dates & Times

The 2018 summer season Urban Flea Market will be held at The Gateway (12 S Rio Grande Street in SLC) on Sundays - May 6, June 10, July 8, Aug 12, Sept 9, Oct 14

  • Saturday Vendor Set-Up Time: 7:30am – 9:45am for indoor vendors. Please see vendor rules for information.
  • Sunday Vendor Set-Up Time: 7:30am – 9:45am for outdoor and indoor vendors. Please see vendor rules for information.
  • Event Time: The Urban Flea Market is open to the public on Sunday at 10:00am and will end at 4pm.
  • Vendor Load-Out: 4:00pm – 6:00 pm. All vendors must be off the property by 6:00pm.

Vendor Spaces

The 2018 indoor/outdoor summer markets will be held at The Gateway (12 S Rio Grande Street) in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City.

All vendor spaces (indoor and outdoor) are approximately 120 sqft in various configurations. All vendor spaces will be assigned first come basis at load-in. pre-assigned spots are not available online.

This year's indoor/outdoor summer market offers the following options for vendors to book online:

Indoor Open Market Space $65 each market (or $85 with utility trailer) Saturday Load-In Only

Outdoor or Indoor Open Market Space $65 each market (or $85 with utility trailer) Sunday Load-In Only


ALL vendor spaces are “Open Market’ spaces and are assigned upon arrival by a UFM staff member. Vendors that load in on Saturday will all be assigned indoor spaces. Vendors that load in on Sunday will be assigned either an indoor or outdoor space on a first come, first served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your preference of indoor or outdoor space depending on availability.

Reserved (pre-assigned) spaces are not available online. Requests for a “Reserved” market space must be made in person at the market and are only available to vendors that book their spot for the entire season. Reserved spaces are an additional $20 per market.

Utility Trailers: Trailer fee is required for ALL utility trailers. The fee is $20 in advance. ($40 cash at the gate for unreserved trailers) Vendors with trailers receive a standard sized vendor space. 

The Urban Flea Market reserves the right to adjust/change market buildings, market configuration and vendor space configuration at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Vendors with Reserved spaces will have first pick of any new configuration.

Open Market Spaces will be assigned to vendors on a first come basis at load-in.  Vendors cannot secure, mark or hold spaces prior to receiving their assigned spaces at 7:30am on the morning of each market. Vehicles with utility trailers will be charged an additional $40 the morning of the market if not pre-paid.
