Vendor Registration - SLC Flea Market & Swap Meet

The Salt Lake City Flea Market & Swap Meet is closed for the summer season. Please check back for 2017 fall and winter dates.

The Salt Lake City Flea Market & Swap Meet, an indoor Saturday market is brought to you by the Urban Flea Market, the biggest summer vintage flea market in Salt Lake City.

Vendors will offer Vintage, Antiques, New & Old, Clothing, Tools, Kitsch, Handmade, Records, Books, Furniture, Collectibles, Bits n’ Bobs, Art, Toys, Eclectic, Knick Knacks, Gadgets, Accessories, Yard Sale Style, Music, Food Trucks, Fun and More!

Dates & Time

The 2016/2017 Fall and Winter markets are held one Saturday per month. Dates are October 29, November 19, December 17, January 28, February 25, and March 25.

  • Vendor Set-Up Time: 8:00am – 9:45am
  • Event Time: The Urban Flea Market is open to the public from 10am to 4pm with an Early Bird Shoppers Hour from 9am to 10am.
  • Vendor Load-Out: 4:00pm – 5:30 pm. All vendors must be off the property by 6:00pm.

Vendor Spaces

The 2016/2017 markets will be held at the Utah State Fairpark – 1200 West North Temple.

The market offers the following vendor spaces:

  • Option #1: Single Open Market Space $60 each market ($80 with trailer): Open Market Spaces are approximately 12' x 12' and will be assigned to vendors on a first come basis the morning of each event. Vendors cannot secure, mark or hold spaces prior to receiving their assigned spaces on the morning of each market. Vehicles with trailers will be charged an additional $20 the morning of the market.
  • Option #2: Reserved Market Space / Fall Winter Season October 2016 – March 2017: $480 for the season ($80 per market): The Special Reserved Market Spaces are approximately 12' x 12' and allow for vendors to pre-select their space and have the same space at each market and early entry and set-up. A site map with spaces to choose from will be emailed to you. If you are interested in a Reserved Market Space, please sign up online or at Now & Again in downtown Salt Lake City located at 207 East Broadway (300 South). Spaces will be reserved on a first come basis. Reserved vendors will have first right to keep the same space for the Spring/Summer 2017 dates.
  • Option #3: End Cap Corner Reserved Market Space / Fall Winter Season October 2016 – March 2017: $600 for the season ($100 per market).  End Cap Reserved Market Spaces are approximately 12’ x 12’ with maximum visibility in a super prime location with two open sides that are joined and closest to the doors of the market. Reserved vendors will have first right to keep the same space for the Spring/Summer 2017 dates. Please inquire about availability by sending an email to  

We are NOT accepting any food vendors or edible items. These spaces are filled for the season.

The following items and services are NOT allowed at the Salt Lake City Flea Market & Swap Meet: Food or edible items (this includes anything that can be consumed - bottled beverages, candy, prepackaged items, etc...), weapons, animals (except for the featured animal rescue), drug paraphernalia, illegal or questionable items, mass produced items, physical or cosmetic services (massage, piercing, teeth whitening, etc...), promotional goods and services that do not fit the flea market, vintage, yard sale style, handcrafted market model. If you bring any of these items, you will be asked to leave the market. The Salt Lake City Flea Market & Swap Meet reserves the right to prohibit sales of illegal and inappropriate merchandise. All vendors and vendor merchandise is subject to review and approval by the Salt Lake City Flea Market & Swap Meet in order to maintain the format of the flea market business model. The Salt Lake City Flea Market & Swap Meet reserves the right to refuse any vendor application or merchandise.

The State of Utah requires each vendor to submit a simple tax form to participate in any flea market, swap meet, fair or event where items are being sold. Each vendor space will need to provide a name, address, phone number, date of birth and one of the following: driver's license, state ID, state tax, tax exempt number or Social Security number. Tax forms will be mailed to each vendor from the Utah State Tax Commission. Each vendor is responsible for completing and submitting the tax form.

  • To secure an Vendor Space with cash or check, please go to Now & Again in downtown Salt Lake City located at 207 East Broadway (300 South). Please have exact cash amount. Now & Again cannot provide change.

Vendors must review all Vendor Guidelines & Requirements before registering.
