The Urban Flea Market, Salt Lake City's biggest flea market, is an affordable marketplace where vendors can sell a selection of eclectic vintage, used and new items including clothing, records, original artwork, furniture, tools, oddball-knick knacks and more. It will be a great community outlet for vendors to sell unwanted items that will be treasures for others. The Urban Flea Market is held on one Sunday per month.
We are NOT accepting any food vendors, edible items, CBD products or MLM products. Also, some of the items we do not allow include: current political campaign promotional materials and signage, promotion of any businesses or organizations (except our sponsors) , services, the promotion of services or mass produced items. Dates & Times
2022 / 2023 Winter Season of the Urban Flea Market will be held indoors at The Gateway, (18 N Rio Grande, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) in downtown Salt Lake City on Sundays.
2022 / 2023 Winter Season Market Dates: November 13, December 11, January 8, February 12, March 12, April 9.
- Vendor Check-In Time: 7:30am – 9:00am (Sunday load-in only)
- Event Time: The Urban Flea Market is open to the public on Sunday from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
- Vendor Load-Out: 4:00pm – 5:45 pm. All vendors must be off the property by 6:00pm.
Urban Flea Market General Information for Vendors (Please see Vendor Guidelines & Requirements for additional information):
All vendor spaces are approximately 120 sq ft in various configurations. All (Open Market) vendor spaces will be assigned first come basis at load-in. Pre-assigned (Reserved) spots must be arranged in person or via email. The Urban Flea market does not provide tents, tent weights, tables or chairs.
Vendor Space Options:
Individual Market dates: Open Market Space : $95 each market (or $125 with utility trailer) Spaces assigned first come first served based on availability, at the time of your arrival to load in. Vendors can book all remaining season dates in person, at the market, to secure an open market space (not the same space) at every market, based on availability at the time of your arrival to load in.
Season market dates: Reserved/Pre-Assigned Vendor Space: Vendors must book all remaining season dates in person, at the market, to secure a reserved space (same space every market) Reserved/Pre-Assigned Spaces are $125 per market date, with no additional fee for a pre-registered trailer.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- ALL “Open Market’ spaces and are assigned upon arrival by a UFM staff member, assigned on a first come, first served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your preference of space depending on availability. Vendors cannot secure, mark or hold spaces prior to receiving their assigned spaces at 7:30am on the morning of each market.
- Utility Trailers: Trailer fee is required for ALL utility trailers. The fee is $30 in advance. ($40 cash at the gate for unreserved trailers) Vendors with trailers receive a standard sized vendor space.
- All markets are rain, snow or shine! No refunds available. Market date transfers are not allowed within 7 days prior to the market date you are confirmed for.
